Book reviewed by Temmerhorton
The purpose of this book is to explain phlebotomy in a way that will be useful to anyone that is in class and studying to be a phlebotomist. It is accurate and relevant to the information that will be included in your exams. It offers detailed pictures to go along with the text so that you know that your understanding will be complete. You do need to realize that there is no reference guides or index so it is very difficult to find exactly what you are looking for. You must search chapter by chapter to find everything that you need. If you do not know your terms very well, you might want to keep a notebook handy for writing them in because the book does not include a glossary. The terms are very well described, but you have to find them to know what they are. It just makes it difficult to study. There are also no pages numbers so that also inhibits your ability to find information. The ebook is not very easy to use and it is recommended that you go with the hard copy for the best studying experience possible.
